Katie is a strategy consultant with a background spanning both the private and public sectors. She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and most recently has worked at Bain & Company across a variety of industries for Fortune 500 clients. It was there she honed a niche specialty in customer experience and loyalty with a focus on customer insights and analytics. Prior to Bain, she was awarded a Social Enterprise Fellowship to consult for a New York City based non-profit. Other consulting experience includes freelance work for a diverse set of clients including: a nutraceutical manufacturer, a children’s e-commerce website, a chamber music organization, and an e-healthcare startup. In her Washington, DC career, she was an in-house consultant for the National Center for Education Statistics as well as a research manager at the Brookings Institution. Her undergraduate degree is from Stanford in Public Policy and Art History with honors. She has also researched and worked at the White House and the National Endowment for the Arts. Katie is presently based out of South Florida and holds a position on the Columbia Business School Club alumni board. In her free time, she supports the arts and is particularly devoted to ballet. She enjoys vinyasa yoga and pilates.
