Madhur Singhal

Madhur has over 14 years of experience in financial services and startups across the UK, Australia and South-East Asia. At present, Madhur is building and operating a fintech company in South-East Asia where he is charged with executing and developing a scalable business operation across the region. Prior to this, he was involved in setting up the Asia operations for Jana Mobile ( – a ventured backed (US$ 97m) mobile technology startup focused on mobile network operators and consumers in emerging markets. He has also undertaken various market entry strategy projects for global technology and venture capital portfolio companies wishing to expand into South-East Asia including Uber Technologies and Xiaomi Global.
Prior to his MBA, Madhur co-founded one of the first proprietary futures trading companies in India and held various roles at UBS Investment Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland and Commonwealth Bank of Australia where he specialized in Global Markets and Derivatives.
Madhur holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University (Australia).
